HAHA that's a mouthful of title right?! But it's true this recipe I'm about to share is that good, it's super easy, very yummy, low fat not to mention it's raw and vegan! Only take 5 ingredients and 2 steps, I'm not even kidding!
I put this pudding on instagram last night and my family and friends have been asking me to share the recipes so here it is..
The 5 Ingredients you need are (this is for one serving, just double or triple up if you want to make more):
- 1 pc Avocado (Make sure it's ripe or else it won't be as creamy. Pitted and slice..)
- 1/2 cup of almond milk (you can use soy, hazelnut, low fat, anything you want you can use full cream too but then it won't be as low fat..)
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp of honey (you can add in more later if you want it to be sweeter)
- Salt (Literally just a pinch to bring the chocolate flavor more chocolatey)
See! So easy and literally take 5mins or so to do! The pudding is so rich and yummy and the best part is low fat and healthy!
p.s: Avocado contains fat, but the good kinda fat :) (google this if you do not know about this fact yet)..
